The second PugSpeak Pug Parliament was held on Oct. 4, 2003 - just two months after our first. The theme for this Pug Parliament was Pugtober Fest.
Once again, pugs and their owners came from Kansas and Missouri to share an afternoon of meeting, sharing, discussion, food, and pug camaraderie. This time, the event took place at the PugSpeak homestead. With a securely fenced yard, pugs were free to run, play, and socialize.
We wish to thank trainer and guest speaker, Mary Sellaro, for answering questions and offering advice. And a special thanks to Lowell, Claire, and Hunter for helping to make this a great Pug Parliament!
