The third PugSpeak Pug Parliament Pugtober Fest was held on Sept. 25, 2004 - and it was by far, our largest gathering yet.
Once again, pugs and their owners came from both sides of the stateline and enjoyed an afternoon of pug talk, great food, and god company!
We wish to give a special thanks to Lowell, Claire, and Hunter for helping to make this a great Pug Parliament!
