At the Pug Pad, we groove on music and we love to spin sides on the hi-fi.

Each month we'll feature a blast from the past. Our featured song may come from any genre. It may be easily recognized or obscure.

If you have an oldie you'd like to hear, simply email us. Thanks much for hanging out at the Pug Pad.

The year was 1962. Jay Black (Blatt) had replaced Jay Traynor (as the second Jay) as lead for the pop group Jay and the Americans. Jay Black's powerful, operatic voice helped send the single, Cara Mia, to #4 on the charts.

Enjoy!
