When paying with personal checks, please allow up to three weeks for delivery from time of receipt. </p> <p align="left" class="style3">PugSpeak Shipping</p> <p align="left" class="style10">At PugSpeak, we understand that our customers want their purchases in timely manner - often times, customers are ordering pug gifts for a special occasion and we are happy to go the extra mile to help ensure your gift arrives on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the postal service, especially during the holiday season, but we are always willing to work with you to expedite your order. </p> <p align="left" class="style10"><em>Domestic shipping</em> (inside the US) is <em>included in all PugSpeak Pug merchandise prices</em>. We use the United States Postal Service and ship all merchandise <em>first class</em> unless you specify otherwise. If you need a purchase or gift <em>overnighted</em>, please <a href="mailto:pugspeak@sbcglobal.net">email</a> or call and we will be happy to make that adjustment. </p> <p align="left" class="style10">Generally, we ship your order out the same day you place it unless it is after 5:00 p.m. CST. In that case, we would then ship the following morning.</p> <p align="left" class="style10">For <em>international shipping</em> (outside of US), we have researched and included the best rates. If you would like pug cards made with a photo of your pug (or any pet), simply <a href="mailto:pugspeak@sbcglobal.net">email</a> the photo(s) and your specifications. We will invoice you through <em>PayPal </em>and get right to work on your order. For address labels, you may order directly from that page and send a separate email with your photo.
