When you place an order with PugSpeak, we offer the following payment options: Secure shopping and payment with PayPal; or you may send a personal check or money order. If you prefer to send a check, please email or call (913) 403-8009 for the mailing address. When paying with personal checks, please allow up to three weeks for delivery from time of receipt.

At PugSpeak, we understand that our customers want their purchases in a timely manner - often times, customers are ordering a pug gift for a special occasion and we are happy to go the extra mile to help ensure your your gift arrives on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the postal service, especially during the holiday season, but we are always willing to work with you to expedite your order.

Domestic shipping (inside the US) is included in all PugSpeak pug and pet merchandise purchases. We use the US Postal Service and ship all orders first class unless you specify otherwise. If you need a gift or purchase overnighted, please email or call and we'll be happy to make that adjustment. Generally, we ship your order out the same day, unless it is after 5:00 pm CST . In that case, we would ship the following morning.

For international shipping (outside the US), we have researched and included the best rates. We have taken into consideration the size and weight, shipping rates, and speed of delivery.

For any and all orders, please let us know if your purchase is a gift and we'll be happy to add a paw-print bow.

In addition to our pre-designed pug merchandise such as pug cards, pug earrings and bracelets, we are happy to design and handcraft specific custom orders. This would include pug and pet cards and address labels, pug and pet earrings, and pug and pet bracelets. Simply email or call (913) 403-8009 and give us your specifications. We'll be happy to work with you.
